From last two week we featured many entrepreneurs, but missed our own WebNeeTech R&D founder, Neeraj Tiwari.
Neeraj Founded WebNeeTech in April this year and it is his passion or I should love towards website, internet resulted in the tremendous growth of WebNeeTech in last 3 months.
In his word, there is a difference between WebNeeTech and other website development company and that difference is, our 95% focus is on developing the website business, its logic, its concept and remaining 5% is coding and programming. We believe (and it is true) a website is not just about codes and program, it’s the concept, idea which matters a lot.

Short information about your business:
WebNeeTech Research and Development is a website conceptualization, development and a research firm. Our website www.webneetech.com provides the latest news, knowledge articles, featuring other web entrepreneurs.
Your target audience: Anyone who wants to give technology touch to their ideas, anyone who want website(s), the college youth, the startups etc who want to learn about the website business, internet world.
Future/Expansion plans:
For WebNeeTech R&D we are working on various plans and will launch some new products in coming days, which will help website owners in developing and improving their websites. We are also planning to open our marketing office outside India and also enter in outsourcing business.
As far as www.webneetech.com is concerned we aim at becoming one of the largest provider of knowledge information related to website, internet, and technology. We also aim at featuring as many as tech/web entrepreneurs on our website.

Q: How did you start your business? What made you to think to enter into a business?
I always wanted to be on my own. For me, my ultimate goal was to run my own business. I worked for two years so as to earn enough money to start my own business and also to gain work some experience. For me websites, internet is the ultimate source of happiness, though I don’t know how to program or code a website….but my forte lies in functional part of the website.
Q: Tell us in detail about your business, your idea and how it can benefit others?
There is a difference between WebNeeTech and other website development company and that difference is, our 95% focus is on developing the website business, its logic, its concept and remaining 5% is coding and programming. We believe (and it is true) a website is not just about codes and program, it’s the concept, idea which matters a lot.
At WebNeeTech we develop websites, software’s and also do research work. We have a team of experts who are specialized in website business consulting and whenever we get a website project the first thing we do, is running a business analysis and we recommend, suggest new features, advice website owners what not do and which features are not important etc. At WebNeeTech you have to just give a simple idea and our resource have enough expertise that they can tech that idea.
Q: What is your revenue or business model?
Making websites, providing SEO /SEM service doing research work, developing software’s.
Q: In the next 5 year, what are your expansion plans and where do you see your business 5 years down the line?
Following the principal and strategy mentioned in previous questions, we have received good response from both domestic and international clients. In next five year, I see WebNeeTech as WebNeeTech doing good quality software and internet projects. We are planning to open our office in other countries also and in couple of months we will be launching our outsourcing division, which will definitely give us good boost and I am sure….we will achieve my target.
Q: What were the biggest challenge(s) you faced in your journey as entrepreneur till now? It may be marketing your product, finance crunch etc.
The biggest challenge is “MAINTAINING YOUR FOCUS”. Yes I did lots of mistake and the main reason for this was my focus. I learned it from my past mistake and now things are moving smoothly.
Q: What is the biggest mistake you made as an amateur entrepreneur?
My biggest mistake was “JUST DOING BUSINESS”. Yes, I accept this fact. WebNeeTech is my second venture and this is the business, the work which I like the most in this whole world. For me developing websites, designing software’s is the ultimate source of happiness.
I launched my first business just to do business and that was the biggest mistake I did. It’s important to have your heart in your business and not your mind. If you don’t love your work….you know the result.
Q: What you want to say to the new entrepreneurs or the one who wants to start his/her own business?
• Just don’t do business, do the work you love.
• Follow your passion and money will flow you from next day.
• Be careful while selecting your business partner, its important that your partner should be as passionate as you are for the business.
• Start thinking about “How you will make Money?” from the day one of your business.
• Get money flowing as soon as possible…..in business “MONEY” is the ultimate source of motivation.
• Don’t loose hope….keep on moving.
• A business is done not from head….but from heart.
Q: Who is your business idol and why?
No doubt, Dhirubhai Ambani. He is the perfect and a real life example of NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.
Q: What’s your ultimate business and life goal?
Running one of the largest business organizations and doing the business I love.
