Interview (Q&A Round):

Q. What motivated you to start blogging?

I wanted to express my thoughts, though never thought I’ll get a fleet of readers also. Also the blogsphere gave me a platform to understand many others’ thoughts and feelings, problems and happiness. May all are not very good writers, but all have problems and happiness and also tiny incidents in life which they share in their own way and it feels really nice when the things co-incides between different parts of the country.

Q. Tell us in detail about your blog, your idea and how it can benefit others?

My blog tells about me, my life, my experiences, my very own thoughts   expressed in my words. I think through this blog, many people can identify themselves, their lives, their thoughts with mine. Well, I write for myself, my blog is a vent for mine. It’s not intended for benefiting others, much. I write when I am sad, when I am happy, I write just like that when I feel like writing. The pleasures all mine, when I write. But yes, when readers follow, give comments it really feels very good.

Q. What area or topic you generally cover in your blog, any special reason behind it?

The topics mainly revolves round me and my world, may be because I am a self-centered person.

Q. Which blogging platform you are using (wordpress, blogspot, bloggers etc), any reason about it?

Blogspot. Cause I came to know about it before others and still continuing with it.

Q. How frequent you update your blog? How many post your blog is carrying at present?

Now-a-days I update my blog once a week generally; I have 43 blogs in my blog at present.

Q. What tools you use to increase your blog readership and bring people on your blog? Do you use social networking sites?

I don’t use any tool for increasing readership, as I write for myself mainly (the creativity, production gives me immense pleasure; I am a mechanical engineer), not for others. No, I don’t use networking sites for traffic at my site.

Q. Do you earn revenue through your blog? If yes then how a blogger should monetize his / her blog? If no, then any plans in future?

I don’t earn anything yet. Tried once but there were some net problems at home, and after that didn’t get a chance and didn’t find enough time for those.

Q. What are your other favorite blogs which you follow, can you list the top 5 such blogs?

I follow quiet a number of blogs and like many of them. I don’t want to rate them, cause each of them are especial in their own ways, I don’t think I have the right to look down upon some, by rating a few.
