Chithira who is into writing profession loves to write diaries and her passion for writing encouraged her to start her own blog My Space in December 2008; soon she found blog is a medium where she can initially expressed her thoughts and views and then “ My Space ” was born in December 2008.
The blog is all about Chithira’s Personal stuff, Views and opinions, real life incident fiction and some time also likes to write about fantasy.

Q. What motivated you to start blogging?
I used to write my diaries, a habit which I couldn’t continue as I had to keep on shifting places. Blogs initially replaced my diary and eventually grew into a medium of my expression of thoughts and views and finally into a habit which I couldn’t do without.
Q. Tell us in detail about your blog, your idea and how it can benefit others?
My blog is a platform of expression for me. And I feel blogs are one of the mediums through which you can interact with people and know their views and opinions .Its a medium of free exchange of thoughts and information
Q. What area or topic you generally cover in your blog, any special reason behind it?
My blog covers everything which comes into my mind…Fiction, fantasies, my thoughts or any real life incidents which I feel is worth writing about
Q. Which blogging platform you are using (wordpress, blogspot, bloggers etc), any reason about it?
I use blogspot.Having been using it from the beginning and now I am so accustomed to it that the thought of changing the blogging platform has never crossed my mind. And I should also mention that I find blogspot very user friendly.
Q. How frequent you update your blog? How many post your blog is carrying at present?
I update my blog frequently, until and unless I am that tied up with other things. I have got a total of 152 posts now.
Q. What tools you use to increase your blog readership and bring people on your blog? Do you use social networking sites?
I have joined many blog groups like Indi blogger and blogged. Also I do give out the links of my new posts in twitter, orkut and facebook, as I guess it helps to increase the readership.
Q. Any specific tips you have for new bloggers who want to make it in the blogsphere?
Maybe initially, you might feel a dearth of topics of might face the dreaded “Writer’s Block”. But once you start writing, then the words will follow automatically. Originality of the topics is a must and one should always remember that “copying is a definite NO”
Q. Do you earn revenue through your blog? If yes then how a blogger should monetize his / her blog? If no, then any plans in future?
I have activated my ad sense account in m blog, through which I got some revenues initially.
